Broccoli Dog

My puppy likes broccoli.
It’s terribly odd.
She doesn’t like carrots,
Or cabbage,
Or cod.

She doesn’t like pizza or waffles or steak.
She doesn’t like cookies or caramel cake.
She doesn’t like bacon or biscuits or ham
Or custard or mustard or strawberry jam.
She doesn’t like donuts or crackers or peas.
She doesn’t like apples or smelly blue cheese.
She doesn’t like noodles or olives or roast
Or coffee or toffee or cinnamon toast.

She eats only broccoli--
Bushel and bunch!
Broccoli for breakfast,
For dinner,
And lunch.
